- Fixed all known bugs from 0.3
- Added Town chat channels. Use /zchat toggle to switch channels. Town chat messages are seen in sky blue.
- Added mass mail features as a town owner tool. Simply use /zone massmail <message> to send a mail to your entire town.
- Needs the capability to toggle whether all chat channels are visible, or just the active one.
- YAML storage occasionally adds spaces onto the beginning of town membership lists... needs more testing.
