    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Players In Jail Can /tpa, /warp, and /home Out Of Jail
    2. The Players Do Not Get Their Punishment
    3. The Players Are Able To Escape Jail and Break More Rules

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Payers in jail are supposed to STAY in jail, but instead they are able to use any teleporting command, teleport out of jail, and cause more chaos around the server.

    What version of the product are you using?
    v2.2.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Nope, all it shows in the console is them teleporting, and it says nothing about simplespawn.

    What OS/Java are you running 32/64bit?
    64bit

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Players can teleport out of jail and cause more chaos around the server, so they do not get their punishment, and now I just have to tempban everyone, but I prefer to jail them. Please help!
