What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load plugin.
2. Load server.
3. Right click sign with sign in hand.
What is the expected output?
Sign interface loads with previous sign text.
What do you see instead?
Sign interface loads blank.
What version of the product are you using?
R: v2.0.1 for CB 1.3.1-R1.0 Aug 11, 2012
Do you have an error log of what happened?
None provided.

Known issue, nothing I can do about it with the current API. Dinnerbone broke it. :(

Fixed for now, but I'll leave this open until there's proper AI for it so I can rely on it not breaking again later.
