SimpleTimePromote v1.4

Updated and compiled with this Bukkit build: 1.6.2-R0.2

• Finally changed all permissions nodes from "SimplePromote." to "simpletimepromotion."
• Added a version checker which can be enabled / disabled in the config.yml
  • The version checker is enabled by default.
• Some internal changes and code cleanup

Do not change the "DateFormat:" because it is not correctly implemented in this version of SimpleTimePromotion.

This version is written with Java7, compiled with Java5 and tested on a bukkit server running with Java7. I don't know whether it work with older java versions, try it out and enjoy it. :)
