    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Edit config.yml
    2.Set speed-multiplier above 100
    3. Ride a minecart up a hill.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    You should be able to go uphill. It bounces you back downhill or doesn't even get up the rails going up

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.6.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No
