easy spawn supports multi-world death-respawn point? #5

    Q1:What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    this is a quite good plugin! i use it for spigot 1.5.2 r0.1 build 837.
    it controls the death-respawn point of the server for all players! very good!!

    but, the setspawn point, can only be set to the overworld, could you add the setspawn point to world_nether, world_the_end or other customized world like those multiple-world plugins generated?

    good! and quite good! now only few plugins can control death-respawn point. another i know is multiverse-core, but that plugin mainly is for multiworld generator, and it is a little bit big... 1.6 MB.
