Version 2.4
- Fixed bug with Saved Skins not working properly

Version 2.2
- Added an Import Utility for CitizenSkins!
Use /ssimport citizenskins to import all npc skins and capes from CitizenSkins.
(More plugin import support to come!)

- SimpleSkins should now always detect and load Citizens 1.2 and 2.0 support.
- Fixed several bugs and one null pointer exception case.

Version 2.1
- Fixed a permissions bug with saving skins and capes.
simpleskins.saveskin.<saved-skin-name>
simpleskins.savecape.<saved-cape-name>

Should both now work correctly, allowing players with those permissions to change the saved skin or cape by those names.

- Citizens Support added! Works with all versions of Citizens and tested with 1.2 and 2.0
- The ability to save URLs as names and use them in commands.
- 100% performance gain in refreshing skins and capes.
- Group command overhaul. Group commands depreciated for /saveskin and /savecape commands.
- Group permissions depreciated. Setting skins and capes with permissions now more straight forward.
- Several permission and other bug fixes.
- Even tighter, faster overall performance.
- Improved logging for admins to see what players are setting.
