Added new optional parameter {acceptdamaged} to takeVariablePlayerItem, which allows you to have shops that pay partial money for damaged items. The shop must contain items of the same type in order for this to work.
Added new signs iXPBuy and iXPSell by default so admins can create infinite shops that use raw xp as currency.
Deprecated sign stacking code.
Fixed an issue where players were able to sell nothing to signs and get money from it (This only occurred if you updated to craftbukkit 1.4.7 before SignShop had a compatible version).
