• iSell now properly handles partial sell amounts
• Added inventory check to prevent players with full inventories from buying more than they can carry
• Added colored names to messages
• Added a check to prevent invalid shops from being created
• Added softdependency for Multiverse-Core
• Made it so signs that change world behavior (e.g. [ClearSkies]) only announce the message to the world they changed

[Sell] signs are duplicating items, do not use this version!
