v0.3:

• Compiled for Bukkit 1.6.1
• Possibility to craft colored signs (ingredients can be changed in the config)
• Signs from a [SC] sign cost money (needs Vault!)
• If "signcrafting" in the config is true, you only can write colors on an [SignColors] sign
• Two new Permissions:

1. signcolors.updatemsg - Shows you the update message, if an update is available.
2. signcolors.craftsign.bypass - Allows you to write colors on a normal sign, even if signcrafting is true.

• Added Metrics (can be diasbled)
• Better languagefile overview
• Cleaned up some code.

Please delete your config.yml, if you update from v0.2 or older!
