Completely redid all the code, now 100x more modular! No real additions, except a whole lot less tiny-bugs. Also, all the chat is now configurable. However I need to work on the saving of the config so that it is in it's own folder and everything. That'll be the next update, along with any bugs I find

• The player tends to suffocate some damage if there is a block above the rail (Eg a sign)
• If the player had stepped on a pressure plate, then goes on a ride but disconnects during it, he will immediately reactivate the redstone when returning, causing him to start the ride again. At'll show him!
