Allow shops to be created when putting the sign on the side of the chest #38

    Right now, the only way to create a shop is to place a sign in front of the chest and fill it out.

    It would be convenient if we could also create them by sneaking to place the sign directly on the chest, so it matches the way it'll be converted to.

    I've had a few players that didn't seem to get this, so they tried placing the sign directly on the chest at first. It does make sense, I think, to see all of the nearby shops and assume that's how it's created.
