Redone Configuration

MOTD is now Stored in motd.txt. Fixed random file in folder.

Incorrect formatting crashed plugin (Patched (It can still happen though.))

If your server has less than 10 slots, it automaticly sets it to 20. THIS IS A BUG.
Note: ^ This does not actually change how many people can join the server. It just changes what it says. BUG
