v2.5.3 at the momentent the whole plugin is in english but full configureable. You now have /spy /tc /nc and a full customizeable chat system with towny support. If you want to use the chat system you must have towny installed, if not it will break. A few color-tags are listed in a .txt file included in the jar, but I will make a complete wiki with explainations of all functions. Btw: you can use colorcodes everywhere in the config and language file! I am working on a complete rewrite of the command functions and over 30 new ones! If you have questions feel free to ask me.

If you type in a $ or \ the whole formatting doesn't work, fixed it yesterday. I will upload a new version If I have finished some cool new features!
