Build in Wilderness: True #878

    Hi, im using the most current version and I use towny on 1.13.2.  Im trying to make a player area for shop with the plugin areashop.  For some reason they are not able to create a shop in the wild. I have build in wilderness set to true so I'm not sure what else could be the issue. I don't have any errors or anything so I'm not sure what else could be preventing it.

     

    In order to see what the issue is, as op, tried to create one. In theory I would assume it would let me, but it didn't.

    " You are not allowed to create a shop here."
    I have to create a test town claim it, then it worked.
