What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deop, no special GM, and normal group using Group Manager
2. Issuing any command such as /scs sell ... (exception /help which works)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What the command should do, but I only get a denied permission message.

What SCS version are you using? We don't accept "latest"!
