Being able to link the inventory of two shops. Not being able to Link the inventory of two shops

I'd like to be able to link two shops together so they can share an inventory. This is for server shops at spawn. I want the shops that buy items from players to auto transfer their stock to the shops that sell items to players. I'd like this to be done via commands

maybe a possibility would be '/scs linkinventory' then you right click the two shops (and something to stop you linking two shops that stock different items
