What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup a scriptblock sbinteract on a sign with /sbinteract create [@bypass /feed] [@cooldown:45]
2. this works fine, and shows the 45 minute cooldown
3. Once i restart the server, all users (even those that havent clicked the sign before reboot) all see 432 Hours remaining, instead of 45 minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the timer to continue counting down for users that clicked the sign before restart, and i expect 'new' users clicking the sign after the reboot to start at 45 minutes.
