    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Please provide any additional information below.

    One of you announcement plugin makers has just got to do the following :-)

    The Owner creating the announcing line can opped to add at the end of each announcing line  [Don't show this again] link.
    Clicking the link effectively Disables that one line from reshowing to the User that clicks it.
    A command option for the user to reset ignored announcements to re show them again if they still exist.
