Can't receive powers #51

    So my friend, who owns the server, put the plugin in. Everyone else EXCEPT me can get their powers, I can receive them, but they have no affect. We tried this out with multiple powers, and none worked. I don't know what to do. I've tried reseting my game, making a new installation, etc. Nothing worked.
