    I want to have a region, were VIP's can build in, and defaults not.

    How?

    Did you consider to just add groups as members to the region instead of using RSP for that.

    WorldGuard check the permission group.vip if you added the vip group to the region.

    I think the command would be "/region addgroup REGIONNAME vip", might have to look that up once more, though.

    You also need to add the permission "group.vip" to the vip group ( i would use lower case with WorldGuard and permissions),

    @Lars1233: Go

    WorldGuard can do it - but maybe it is a configuration issue. I used to add member groups by another plugin though, could be the ingame commands are bugged.

    Can you...?

    • Check if the region is overlapping other regions that have same or higher priority.
    • Post the "/region info REGIONNAME" output for the region in question (after adding the group).
    • Post the permissions for the vip group.

    We might also check the WorldGuard permissions.
