0.8.1 - beta [1.1-R5 ready]

Added configuration compatibility layer. This should be ready for 1.1-R5 builds of CraftBukkit (see note below), just to have it in place.

• Needs: WorldGuard, PermissionsEx or bPermissions.
  

NOTE: To run this on 1.1-R5 the permission plugin must be ready for that, the current versions might break, not sure about dev-versions.

Successful Tests with:

• CB 1824...1940
• PermissionsEx 1.17 and 1.18 (ON_SERVER)
• bPermissions 2.7.8 (few local tests)
• bPermissions 2.4 (very few local tests)
• WorldGuard 5.5, should work with WorldGuard 5.2.2 (and possibly below) now.
