Minor bugfixes

1. Modified onAccept rewards/penalty text.
2. Fixed player tracker running at 1/3rd of the intended speed.
3. Fixed books are now seen as enchantable.
4. Remove the ... (open possibilities) within the creation command.
5. Fixed timed quests now turn white when the cooldown is complete.
6. Fixed refresh onOpen to fail when the quest name contained spaces.
7. Fixed killmob and killplayer to bypass the objective hooks.
8. Fixed "/RPG list <number>" throwing an error.
