• Fixed permission bug
• Fixed creation bug

• Quest log book is messy.
• When holding books without an Author the interface throws errors. (Books without an author don't naturally exist)
• Version number is one behind.
• onAccept messages don't react.
• Items are not removed properly.
• NPC effects get confused when you have NPCs with the same name
• Can't use reload commands from the console.
