    What is the enhancement in mind?
    Automatically remove minecarts without any administrator taking action.

    I have no use for a feature like this and I don't know the best way to implement it.  It does seem like there is interest for a feature like this however so please explain how YOU think it should work in the comments for this ticket and I'll see what I can do.
