Big update

Version 5.7 requires VOTIFIER and VAULT to work correctly and without bugs!

• Added OfflineMessage (Just like BroadcastMessage but displayed when voter is offline)
• You can change the color with pasting &[colorcode] in the config!
• Better formatting with %s (can be playername and servicename)
• Minor changes

• FIXED: Reload didn't work correctly or NOT
• FIXED: Broadcast colors didn't work correctly or NOT
• FIXED: Money didn't work correctly or NOT (Vault is supported again!)

• Note: Vote queue is planned for the next update! (if it is possible)

WARNING!

• Delete your config and reload the server to have the config as it would be!
