    • locale - The name of the locale file
    • localeAutoDownload - If the plugin should automatically download and updated the specified locale from BukkitDev

    • reportList
    • reportSubmitted
    • reportCompleted

Locale auto download/update does not work.

Just manually download the locale file off http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/reporter/files/ and put it in your plugins/Reporter/ folder and specify the file in the config under the locale option.
