loading may load a plugin on more then once if there are more then one files in the directory that are said plugin
unloading a plugin other plugins depend on(Essentials, Vault) will unload those plugins and WILL NOT load them back when you load said plugin again
Due to the new UUID feature on Bukkit and the possibility for players to have duplicate names (?) the /reloader perms feature may not perform properly.
