Regios new pvp bug #83

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Enable OverridePVP on World Config
    2. PVP!
    3. Error in log, Regios dont stop the damage

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    PVP World = OFF
    PVP 1 Region = ON
    And the plugin let other people PVP in the world

    What version of the product are you using?
    Latest of the plugin (5.9 i think) and the latest Craftbukkit (#2359 i think)

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
