    Do you think its possible to create a on player enter message which will say who owns/rents the region?

    Not that would be too much work I just thougt of a simple region flag for the Worldguard regions whenever there is a new player just parse the Name of the owner/renter to the region flag :)

    A quick look into the worldguard API i found this:

    region.setFlag(flag, flag.parseInput(plugin, sender, value))

    This would happen everytime someone buys/rents the region
