We have talked a few times about the money being paid to the owner of the Parent region and thank you for considering that addition. Also, I see on the Permissions page that "regionforsale.admin" allows the ability to define and manage regions. If there was another permission that would only allow admin privileges in certain regions i think it would greatly increase the functionality.

For example:

The node "regionforsale.rent.hy" gives players the permission to rent regions only in the parent region "hy" or so i understand it. This would be for players of lesser rank that are renting smaller plots in the larger parent region named "hy" from the owner of the parent region.

If there were a node such as "regionforsale.admin.hy" to keep administrative rights of the owner of the parent region strictly in "hy" it would prevent that owner from having administrative rights over other parent regions setup by other players.

I am building a survival server community where players gain the rights to own a Nation, they can then define smaller plots within their borders and rent them out to players that join allegiance to their Nation. So I, as OP, would define their parent region for them initially based on our guidelines, and then set them forth on defining their own plots within it however they see fit. I think your plugin fits perfectly into the design i have in mind for my unique server.
