Changelog

Added /rb region feedback [name] [type] command. Default is 0, or really anything but 1 or 2 will not trigger any feedback. Setting of 1 will send a warning to the player that block PLACED will be restored in so many seconds Setting of 2 will send a warning to the player on either PLACE or DESTROY.

Misc: Removed the sub-plugin that modified chat colors for the OPs.
