What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with an account on the RAF Website
2. Click on Logout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After clicked Logout you will forwarded to "/index.php?cmd=logout&lang=en_US" and then you will forwarded to "/index.php?lang=en_US" but you are still logged in.

But if you go to "/index.php" you are shown as logged out, but if you change the language or try to login with another account, you are still logged in with your old account.
