What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Allow admins to edit what is displayed when a player executes "/rp tutorial". I want to add another step informing the player that he can take down the sign after protection has been granted. Also, this will allow servers to throw in rules they may have regarding protecting regions.
