• "Encryption" of the blocks file.
  
• New permission : redclock.admin, refer to main page.
  
• New Configuration line : refresh, this line change the amount of ticks (20 ticks = 1 second) between each refresh, the less there is, the more often the plugin will refresh the blocks. (Don't put below 10, it's useless and the processor will do a large amount of work for nothing.
  
• New Configuration line : save, this is the amount of ticks between each save.
  
• Correction of the bug of duplication when you put a redblock where a sign can be place and a torch can't.
  
• From this update, only the creator of the redblock can destroy it. (Except for the ones with the redblock.admin permission)
  

Since it's a new plugin, I don't know how much ressource it can take, so try to not abuse on the number of redblocks.
