    - Built on #1597 / 1.0.1-R1
    - Fixed console message printing loaded recipes/restrictions count that does not match the actual recipes/restrictions number
    - Added "print-features" in config.yml to toggle if players get the info about new/restricted recipes and fuels when interacting with a workbench or furnace
    - Optimized code (removed some forgot variables, disabled tasks when not needed, etc)
    - Removed the feature where you can specify no character item as AIR because it does not work right with the new dynamic size recipes

Not fully re-tested, I only started the server and it creates the configs just fine, changes in build might spit some errors, please make a ticket if you find any.
