What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have more than 1 world loaded at a time, want to specifically set RealWeather to only one non default world
2. Edit the config's AffectedWorlds
3. Change GlobalyEnable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the plugin to update the config when i restarted the server and to limit the RealWeather effects to one world.

Instead it reset the config back to the default and continued to have the effects in all worlds.

What version of the product are you using?
1.6.4

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There was no console output relating to this.

Please provide any additional information below.

I've tried other things, and i actually can not edit the config at all. Nothing I do to it is saved, and this is very aggravating.
