Changed tons of stuff relating to the mod MCA owners requests.

Changed name to RVT (Real Villager Towns).

Removed anything directly copied from MCA.

Changed a few things to make it less MCA like.

Added villager control options. (You can only control your family or people who have over 50 hearts.)

Not fully tested, in beta.
