/rankup ---> "Not Allowed to rank up" #29

    I have a problem... Whenever I try doing /rankup, it says: "Not allowed to rank up." I've already set everything up too. I use groupmanager as the permissions plugin. I've set all the groups. All the other permissions seem to work but for some reason rankup specifically doesn't seem to work.
