Cant rankup after 10th rank #13

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Doing /rankup while in sky rank
    2. Doing /rankup while in jungle rank
    3. Doing /rankup while in end rank

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expect to get ranked up to the next rank, but instead I am told that I am not in a group that can rankup

    What version of the product are you using?
    Version 1.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    I have the text file which I will include

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I am a server owner, trying to get my prison server off the ground, if needed, you can join the server @ 23.252.117.35 and we can sort the problem out (email in advance please).
