Changelog

Whats new? - Added a buffer for both GriefPrevention and Factions.

Whats "BufferZone"? - In the config you can set the minimum number of blocks away a player can sawn from a faction or a GriefPrevention claim.

How do I use it? - In the config there is a section called BufferZone followed by a number. The buffer is used by default, if you don't like it, just set it to 0 / 1.

Other fixes: - File sized completely fixed.

If user spams command / sign, it can be used more than once.
