New Relase - 2.0

In this long awaited release, I have completely restructured the code to have an easier layout for me an a quicker more efficient experience for you. This also means that I am able to add new feature more easily, and faster. I am now officially back on this project and will be keeping up to date with it.

Moreover, the permissions have changed and the command usage has changed. I have removed the economy feature until \i work out a better way to implement it. I have also changed it so that there is now a minimum coordinate swell as a maximum., and now a permission for the command use.

Moreover I have added a sign codlin, that piggyback of the /rc cooldown.

Lastly I have many features yet to be added, if you have any other ideas about what to add then please comment them, or send me a PM.

WARNING: If you are currently using my RandomCoords plugin, the permissions and the config file has changed. Please delete the config file and let it generate a new one, also please visit the permissions page to view new permissions.

If user spams command / sign, it can be used more than once.
