What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. obtain qt point (/qt spawn)
2. type /qt spawn
3. intermittently die or spawn in the void.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Spawning at the set /qt spawn point, instead death or tp to void occurs.

What version of the product are you using?
0.7.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error in the logs.
