What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When accepting a quest (such as Diamonds!) it doesn't supple the iron pickaxe.
2. Upon completing the quest it does not take the iron pickaxe.
3. Upon completing the quest it does not give and money.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to to receive items/money, seen is no transfers what so ever.

What version of the product are you using?
#2016, and #2013

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors have appeared.

Please provide any additional information below.
- Running MCPC-Legacy_147-70 (MC 1.4.7)
- Vault 1.2.24 (1.4.7)
- EssentialsEco 2.10.1 (1.4.7)

There is no form of errors or any log what so ever popping up, it also keeps resetting the alias to "quest" instead of what ever I set it to. Ignoring this I have left the config and all other files 100% default to same result. Although I don't forsee it making a difference as well,I am running tekkit lite (0.6.5)
