What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Added a description field in the quest object & config.
The '/q list' would produce :
- 1 - A description for this quest
- 2 - Another quest, another description

If the actual 'name' propertie will be change on 'id' perhaps add chronological order for a better listing.

Please provide any additional information below.

The '/q give' unchanged and on my exemple it still be '/q give 1' but add the possibility to explain with more than one world or underscored name like now on the list.
