Changelog

PvProtect V1.3.1:

- Changed values of config (Health value must now be between 0 and 20 )
- Added notifications when config values are too high, low, or null.
- Added command /pv_reload. (Reloads config.yml)
- Added Console colors.

Bugs or Glitches:

- When player breaks block it doesn't return, it disappears.
- /pv_reloaded can only be activated from Player instance.
