• Rearranged config. Yours will probably reset. Sorry.
• New config option: Anti pilejump. Setting this to true makes it so that only the people who are already unsafe can attack someone who is also unsafe (while they are in a safe area)
• Changed to bukkit's configuration API, which make the code a little messier than I want, but whatever.
