    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.place a ps
    2.if you just got 1 ps in your hand you will get it back and the protection is for free
    3.if you got more than 1 ps in your hand it will consume 2 ps's and protect

    version: 1.9c
    server: mcpc-plus-1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B259
    no error/ no console output

    anyone know how to fix this?

    Try the newest build which is 1.9i.

    Other than that I can't assure the plugin works with every variant on Bukkit, just the CraftBukkit Build.
