Hello, I was wondering if there were a command to remove all blocks in a protected area.I checked all over the internet, and couldn't find one for it.
Ex : If I have a protection stone block that protects a 61 x 61 x 61 area, I would like to be able to type something like "/ps blockclear" and have all the blocks in that 61 x 61 x 61 area remove/cleared.
Please let me know if there is a command for this, or if it's possible to add a command like this.
Regards, Sicktal
There isn't a command to clear the blocks, there are commands for removing player regions and regenerating them, but not clearing them.
WorldGuard allows you to set a region to "air" in effect clearing it, by first selecting the region, which you can do by region name if you want, and then using "set AIR" which would set all blocks in that region to AIR (empty).
Well, I'm on the lichcraft server, on Skygrid. (Sorry if we're not allowed to discuss servers here) I primarily asked this because clearing blocks is a huge pain. So, I'm not really familiar at all with region commands, so are you able to tell me exactly what I should type? Sorry for the trouble, I'm also now assuming that this is an Admin+ feature.
@Sicktal: Go
Yes, the commands are normally reserved for admins.
You could use WorldEdit and WorldGuard to clear a region of all it's blocks like this:
/rg select {region_name} //set AIR
This would select a WG Region by it's region name, then the set command would replace all the blocks in the region with air.
I see, thanks for all the help!
