What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The admin permission has /ps region count player and /ps region list player

But a normal user is unable to use these commands cause of the other admin permissions that comes along with it.
Is there any chance you can make it so if a player execute the command:

/ps region list

It will only list the regions he is owner of, and the same for /ps region count

I'll think about it, but the main point is to keep the average user out of most of the commands.

As far as getting information like your regions, you can already do that using WorldGuard and giving the player this permission: "worldguard.region.list.own"

That will allow them to use the "/region list" command and will only show them their regions.
